2023 Prescription Drug Payment Stages Increasing

Initial coverage and coverage gap thresholds are going up about 5% for 2023. Effective January 1, 2023 the threshold for the initial drug coverage stage is increasing to $4,660 and the coverage gap is increasing to $7,400. Once you exit the Coverage Gap (Donut Hole) your copays for drugs will be the greater of $4.15. Copay for generic (including brand drugs treated as generic) $10.35 copay for all other drugs or 5% co-insurance.
